Environmentally-Conscious Design

WingSpan develops a strategic environmentally-conscious design when developing or renovating a house, condo or apartment unit. We use the latest technology to develop energy saving techniques for best efficiency.

Energy Efficient Appliances

WingSpan strives to use the most energy efficient appliances(dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, air condition units, pool equipment, etc.)

HP Computers & Eco-Friendly Hardware

Progress: HP exceeded this goal a full year and a half ahead of schedule. Overall, HP has reduced the energy consumption of its highest volume desktop and notebook PCs by 41 percent since 2005. A new goal has been set to save 1 billion kWh of electricity by 2011 through a variety of product design strategies. Wingspan buys and leases equipment from HP computers.

Recycling programs

WingSpan property management Group has an in-office recycling program in place. We also recycle all old computers and old, broken appliances from properties we manage. We also develop recycling programs at buildings managed by WingSpan.

Paperless and carbonless office

Our office systems have been changed over to support a paperless system. On the rare occasion we have to use paper, we use recycled materials.

We donate 1% of our net profits to lilianthomasfoundation.org and 1% to myclimate.org

myclimate.org allows us to offset our carbon footprint on the world and support a great organization. We love our polar bear too much to not care.
